Photonics Day

In conjunction with EPFL Photonics Chapter EPC, the EPFL Photonics doctoral program EDPO organizes every year a-day-long event, Photonics Day, in order to bring leading scientists to our campus with an aim to inform our community with the latest developments in photonics field.

Who should attend
The audience comprises undergraduate, MS and PhD students and researchers at every level including those from industry and anyone interested in photonics.

Why company representatives should participate
  • You will come into contact with 100+ PhD students, a highly-qualified workforce which might be useful to strengthen your company.
  • You will hear about funding opportunities for SMEs from Irina Sakharova Quitt (irina.sakharova@epfl.ch), SME Advisor from EPFL, EPFL Vice Presidency for Innovation & Euresearch and meet other key representatives from EPFL.
