Global Business Innovation Programme Switzerland

The UK invites Swiss semiconductor organisations and businesses to participate in targeted 1:1 meetings to share knowledge, initiate new business and find collaboration partners.

Innovate UK's Global Business Innovation Programme is supporting 10 of the UK's most innovative semiconductor companies, to help them connect with Switzerland's world-leading semiconductor industry. This will include an innovation visit to Switzerland from 26-29 January 2026.

The delegation will visit Zurich and Lausanne and will participate in a bespoke programme created in partnership with the British Embassy in Berne, Swissmem, CSEM, Park Innovaare and Innosuisse. During their visit, UK companies will meet key stakeholders, partners and Swiss companies to gain a deep understanding of Switzerland's highly developed semiconductor industry.

The visit will bring together UK and Swiss companies and organisations to explore opportunities for innovation collaboration and technology exchange.

Semiconductor showcasing and 1-2-1 meetings will take place on the following dates:

• 27 January - Swissmem at Hitachi Energy's Zurich HQ
• 29 January - CSEM supported by the Canton of Neuchâtel and EPFL
