We are pleased to announce and invite you to one of our weekly online zoom events.
From Optical Bench to Stand-Alone Spectrometer: Technical Pathway to the Commercialization of Enantios’ Generation 1 ROA Instrument
This presentation describes the technical and translational pathway underlying the development of Enantios’ first-generation
Raman Optical Activity (ROA) instrument, progressing from a laboratory-based optical setup to a robust, stand-alone spectrometer suitable for industrial deployment. It examines
key engineering challenges, including system stability, sensitivity optimization, and integration into automated measurement workflows, as well as the iterative design decisions required to transition from proof-of-concept to product-grade instrumentation. The discussion further addresses the co-development of hardware and software to enable reproducible, in-solution molecular characterization across a range of complex and chiral systems. Through this case study, broader insights into the commercialization of advanced spectroscopic technologies are highlighted, with particular attention to bridging academic innovation and the r
equirements of pharmaceutical and biotechnological applications.
