Photonic processes for multi-scale smart product functionalities

We are pleased to announce the workshop on Photonic processes for multi-scale smart product functionalities, to be held on Friday, November 8, 2024, at SUPSI – Department of Innovative Technologies, East Campus Lugano.

This workshop will provide insight into the newest applications, upcoming challenges, and opportunities in the field of photonics processes and devices applied to enable the manufacturing of advanced industrial solutions featuring smart product functionalities.

In addition, the workshop represents a high-added-value platform for networking with key stakeholders from industry and research, promoting the increase of business relationships and the establishment of new collaborations and connections.

A lab tour will be also organized to introduce the main research areas and facilities in the fields of fs and ns laser machining, Additive Manufacturing, and Robotics of the SUPSI Automation, Robotics and Machines research group.
