We are pleased to announce and invite you to one of our weekly online zoom events.

Cost-effective Prototyping of Tools for the Replication of Nano and Microstructures

Rapid innovation is reshaping the future, enhancing the capabilities and efficiency of new technologies. Whether a product upgrade or a new product, in many cases a functioning prototype will open doors to investors and influential press. However, the real key to sustainable success is cost-effective prototyping in different variations to guarantee a smoother transition to industrial production.

Our technologies at 3D AG represent a production line for upscaling nano and microstructures, from mastering and electroforming, to UV step and repeat and laser cutting/welding. We will briefly explore these different technologies to later identify the key processes for cost-effective prototyping of displays, AR/VR, lightguides, photovoltaics and more. While prototyping can be a lengthy and resource-intensive process, this presentation will unveil strategies to expedite development and save resources. Additionally, it will explore the critical aspect of assessing compatibility with existing production lines for cost-effective mass-production of nano and microstructured surfaces.
